Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

MassPredict.ai is a prediction market aggregation and intelligence platform operated by MassPredict LLC, based in Oakland, California. We are the parent company of SwiPredict.ai. This policy explains how we handle your data.

2. What We Collect

• Account Information: Email, display name, and profile picture, including via Google OAuth
• Market Activity: Markets you research, watchlists, price alerts, and platform preferences
• Raven Aⁱ Usage: Searches, HONE queries, and features you access within the intelligence suite
• SP Trading Activity: Simulated trades using SP points, trade history, and SP balance
• Subscription Data: Plan type and billing status. Payment details are processed by Stripe and not stored by us.
• Technical Data: IP address (for rate limiting and security), browser type, and device type
• Local Storage: Preferences and session state stored in your browser's localStorage

What we do NOT collect: We do not access, store, or track your activity or account on external prediction market platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, etc.). We aggregate public market data from these platforms only.

3. Data Sources

MassPredict aggregates public market data from third-party prediction platforms including Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, PredictIt, Futuur, Limitless, and ForecastEx. We also source prediction data from SwiPredict.ai, our sister platform — not an independent third party. This aggregated data is publicly available market information and is not linked to any individual's account on those platforms.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To operate the Raven Aⁱ intelligence suite and personalize your experience
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To track simulated SP trades and display your activity
• To send price alerts and watchlist notifications
• To improve our aggregation algorithms and AI models
• To prevent abuse and maintain platform security
• Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for analytics

5. Data Storage & Processors

Data is stored on Supabase (AWS infrastructure, US-based). Serverless functions hosted on Netlify. Payments via Stripe. Authentication via Supabase Auth and Google OAuth. AI features are powered by the Anthropic Claude API — your Raven Aⁱ queries (search text, questions) are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Your personal identity (name, email) is not included with these queries. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details. If you are in the EEA or UK, data is transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. AI & Raven Aⁱ

Raven Aⁱ analysis, market summaries, and intelligence features are AI-generated using Anthropic's Claude API. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not make financial decisions based on AI-generated content. This is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

7. SP Simulated Trading

SP (SwiPredict Points) used in The Trade simulation have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, and do not represent real financial positions. Simulated trading on MassPredict is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase, Netlify, Stripe, Google)
• With SwiPredict.ai (our sister platform) for cross-platform SP tracking and leaderboards
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for internal analytics

9. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Opt out of non-essential emails

10. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except billing records required by law (7 years).

11. Children

MassPredict requires users to be at least 13 to create an account and 18+ to use prediction market intelligence and simulated trading features. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

12. GDPR — EEA & UK Users

EEA/UK users have rights under GDPR including portability, erasure, and the right to complain to your local DPA. Lawful basis: contract performance (subscription), legitimate interests (platform operation), consent (optional features).

13. California Residents — CCPA

California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal data. Contact contact@masspredict.ai to exercise your rights.

14. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). No advertising cookies. We also use browser localStorage for preferences and session state. Clearing cookies will log you out.

15. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We'll notify registered users of material changes via email.
