1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MassPredict.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MassPredict is a prediction market aggregator that collects and displays publicly available data from third-party prediction market platforms, including Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, PredictIt, Futuur, Limitless, ForecastEx, and SwiPredict.ai (our sister platform — not an independent third party). We provide tools for comparing market probabilities, tracking price movements, and analyzing prediction market data via Raven Aⁱ intelligence.

3. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use at contact@masspredict.ai.

4. Subscription Services

Raven Aⁱ premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees for your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period ends
• Our right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice

Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods. Contact contact@masspredict.ai for billing questions.

5. SP Points & Simulated Trading

SP (SwiPredict Points) used in The Trade simulation have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed, and do not represent real financial positions or portfolio value. SP are a limited license to use virtual items — not a purchase of property. Simulated trading is for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

6. AI-Generated Content

Raven Aⁱ analysis, summaries, and intelligence features are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude API) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. This content is for informational purposes only. Do not make financial, investment, legal, or other decisions based on AI-generated content from MassPredict. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to manipulate or interfere with prediction markets
• Resell or redistribute our data or intelligence without permission

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or any other reason. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email before termination, except in cases of fraud or abuse. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

9. Third-Party Content

MassPredict aggregates data from third-party prediction market platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with these platforms unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of third-party data. SwiPredict.ai is our sister platform, not an independent third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MassPredict are owned by MassPredict LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "Raven Aⁱ", "MassPredict", "SwiPredict", and "Crystal Brawl" are trademarks of MassPredict LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASSPREDICT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MassPredict LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), not in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Small claims court actions are exempt from this arbitration provision. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. This clause does not apply in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration is prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

16. Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue the Service, we will provide 30 days notice to registered users via email.

17. Data Deletion

To request account and data deletion, email contact@masspredict.ai. Requests are processed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by law.

18. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
